Manek Yunus Besi is nominal Raja of Lelain;one of the 19 principalities of Rote.He is also a minister of protestant church locally and Lelain is only area not on the seaside.Is former part of Bokai principality.Later the people of Lelain moved to Baä in N.-Rote
