The Prince with French first name is son of the foremost last ruling Cokorde of Ubud(Cokorde Gde Raka Sukawati(1919-1931;died 1967)and his 4th wife the Dutch-French lady Gilberte Vincente.
The Karangasem Raja is one of the most renown historians ofmthe island.
